Information we collect
When you use our contact form, Southern Compass Title may collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, phone number, and message. Our website and hosting providers may also process standard technical information, such as browser, device, IP address, and security-log data, to operate and protect the website.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, route messages to the appropriate office or team, provide requested information, and maintain the security and operation of the website. We do not sell personal information submitted through this website.
Service providers and external websites
We may use service providers, including AWS hosting and email-delivery services, to operate this website and deliver inquiries. Links and embedded services from Google Maps, Earnnest, Facebook, Instagram, and other third parties are governed by those companies’ own privacy and security practices.
Spam protection
Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help identify automated submissions. When the form loads, Google may process technical information about your browser, device, and interactions, and reCAPTCHA sets a cookie for its risk analysis. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. You can also contact us directly by phone or email.
Optional website analytics
If you select “Accept analytics,” we load Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and improve the website. Google processes page-view and technical information, such as browser, device, approximate location, and visit/session information. Analytics cookies distinguish browsers and visits. We do not send contact-form contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or reCAPTCHA responses to Analytics. Our page-view tracking omits URL query strings and fragments.
Analytics stays off until you accept. You can decline without affecting the contact form, and change your choice using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Declining after acceptance stops future analytics collection by this integration and removes its analytics cookies; it does not erase information already sent to Google. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days; clearing browser storage or using a different browser or website hostname may prompt you again. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice lasts only for the current page.
We do not enable Google advertising personalization or Google Signals through this integration. This analytics choice is separate from the hosting, security, and spam-protection services described above. See Google’s Privacy Policy and information about data from partner sites.
